Hello again! Just a quick heads up, but next week I might be a bit missing from the blogosphere as I am FINALLY moving into my new house for next year! I am so so excited. living out of a suitcase is a bit naff and I can’t wait to get moved in, redecorate my room, buy all my stationery for next year etc! but anyway, here’s a look from the other day!

I don’t know about you, but I spend hours on Pinterest going through street style posts, but never feeling like I can capture the effortless cool of all of the outfits I pin.

Style is something impossible to replicate, but there are hundreds of thousands of blog posts, just like this one, trying to tell you how to get it. As far as personal style goes, I haven’t quite figured it out yet. And to me that’s fine – I don’t have one style because I feel like I’m not the same person every day. My wardrobe is essentially my dressing up box, and it all depends on who I want to be that day.

For those ‘I want to look like I haven’t tried at all but still look cooler than normal’ days, this tip definitely has come in handy. It’s perfect because pretty much everyone will have a plain top and highwaisted something in their wardrobe.

Instead of tucking your shirt in, just tie it to the side.

So simple, but (I think, at least), so effective.

I mean, I went to Tescos in this and flipflops, and I still think it looks cool. And if something can make flipflops look cool then I am definitely behind that.

What do you all think? Is this something you’d try?

Want to know how I got the rest of this look? Check out my post here!

Much love

xoxo
